What did Bush's letter to Obama really say?

There has been quite a bit of speculation about the secret letter left to Mr Obama from Mr Bush. Mum heard something on the news this morning about a spoof one, which really made her laugh, and we've tried all morning to find it, but to no avail.
I was just wondering what you think he might have said in the secret letter. What pearls of wisdom would Mr Bush have thrown Mr Obama's way? What type of advice? Guidance? Counsel?

I reckon the best advice Mr Bush could give to anyone would be "Don't follow my advice."
Apologies to any Bush fans out there. Remember, I'm only a dog.

Bush fans? Are there any left? You do have to be careful about getting involved in human politics, they can get a bit sensitive about it but I think you're on pretty safe ground here.

He might have said, "A war or two is a good way to boost your popularity....for a short time."

Henry, did you write that letter? You are a doggy marvel. I bet all the typing on here has helped your writing. As for Mr Bush, I think your spelling is probably better than his

LOL... Henry that letter was really funny. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

That letter was hilarious!! Although I wonder if Bush really would have spelt it that well?

And are you sticking your tongue out at Bush there in your photo? Too cute!

Other Bush advice could be:
- Don't open your mouth BEFORE engaging brain.

- Remember to hold your book up the right way when pretending to read.

- Don't try and walk and chew gum at the same time.

Henry, once again, your canine brain has produced a genuine pearl o' wisdom (you're pretty good at that!): "Don't follow my advice".

Spot on. I don't think there is anything that the outgoing idiot prince could say that would be truly useful. Unless it was something about where the pens and pencils were kept, or practical advice a la George Carlin: "Don't get run over by a bus!"

I am so glad its over!

You might be "only a dog" but you're smarter than half the US ;). Believe it or not, there ARE still Bush fans out there... I know them personallly. Scary, eh?

Ruby - "A war or two" yeah, strategically placed. Oh dear. Mum wished the guy had been put down at birth. But I don't think she's on her own.

FFancy - yes - it's all my own handwriting, but it isn't anywhere near as funny as the one mum saw this morning. But she couldn't find it. She found others, but not that one. So, I thought I'd do my own. Yes, I agree, I am a doggy marvel:)

Marie - I like to please xxx

Lady Fi - I was being kind to Bush. Actually, I think 'naughty' would definitely have been out of his scope - two syllables. I guess "bad" would have been more along his lines. And mum's laughing - yeah, that book, we forgot about that. That was priceless.

Indi - thanks, you are too. Must pop over to yours this aft xxx

Irish - we love your humour. We're glad it's over too xxx

Diane - you must have been commenting when I was. There are still Bush fans? REALLY? Mum and me are shaking our heads in astonishment. But he's thick! Always was. Always will be. How he ever made it twice is beyond us. Words fail.....

Watch out for little dogs, indeed. They will bowl you over with their cuteness!

I just assumed that Bush told Obama where he kept the hidden stash of Wild Turkey. I can't imagine doing that job without an occasional nip!

Henry - I just got back from our local B&B (oh, so many friends to bark at and so little time) and heard M and D talking about a letter. They were laughing and snorting. I didn't get much of it except for staying away from dogs. Personally, I think any dog should be a bit more discriminating before tasting a shrub (get it? a Bush). :) KC

If he advises not to follow his advice, should he follow it? Or not? I'm confused, Henry.

G'day Mate. Its Australia Day and I am not going to the BBQ at Mums daughters place (she would be my Sister???) because I did not have the "injection"
So I think George would have written on that note -
"Take Kenzo Everywhere with Ya!"

bless you and your mum, henry, always giving me a laugh and cheering me up. Not sure Bush's spelling is that good actually. xxxxx

I happen to be a Bush fan and a republican. I think the media has been horribly unkind to the Bush family!!! And Time will tell what the true contributions that he and his legacy have made. Thank you President Bush for keeping our country safe! God only knows what will happen when Obama sits down for his tea party's with these freakin terrorist leaders! People you think our economy is bad now-just wait! And remember I told ya so! And I won't be blowin rasberrys from my mouth at ya then either! LOL!You have to remember the media helped to get Obama elected-his Black Panther friends too! God Bless America-were gonna need it!~Tam!!!!
P.S. I know you are only a little dog, live outside of America don't truly understand and I still love ya!

Dumdad - aren't I just?

A Woman of NI - you're lovely, but I wouldn't go that far. Just a bit of fun. Thankyou xxxxx

Virginia - Why thank you! You're too kind xxx

Lisa - actually mum thought that too x

SPEditor - I won't bother explaining. It was only a bit of fun. I wanted to find the letter that had got mum laughing so much, but we couldn't so I made one up of my own. Shrub/bush -hee hee

J Cosmo - bad writing on my point. I should have got an editor to look at the post and re-jigged it. I think mum wasn't exactly referring to his advice on the 'letter'. Groan.... your problem J Cosmo is that you're too intelligent for us normal folk.

Kenzo - you'll get used to it little pal. Being on your own is fun. Take the time to reflect, ruminate, have a reverie or two and chew stuff you shouldn't xx

Jennysmith - no I agree. I don't think he'd actually be able to spell naughty. Claude has an IQ of 25 and he can't spell it either.

Tam - it was a bit of fun. That's all. xxxx

Lee - exactly. I think it would be a tough act to follow.

Simplicity - thanks xxxx

Bush really wrote that didn't he? I mean, he very well could have, sounds like him that is for sure.
